Amber Ileana Herrera, 28, found peace in the arms of our Savior on Friday, February 26th, 2021. She was born on March 13th, 1992 to Wilfred Herrera and Coralia B. Flores.

Amber will be remembered as being the fashionista of the family. Beauty was "her thing." She was always perfectly made up and took great pride in her beautiful features and gorgeous hair. She had a fun, calm, and carefree spirit. Amber was one of the most selfless, compassionate, patient people you could ever meet. She was not only blessed with beauty, but she was intelligent and had a gracious heart as well. Amber was an animal lover, especially her cat, Gyzmo, and dog, Monstro. She was employed at Resurgent Financial Services for the past year. Amber brought so much joy to her parents and siblings and she will be missed incredibly by all of those blessed enough to know her.

Those left to cherish the memories of Amber are her parents: Wilfred Herrera and Coralia Flores; siblings: Amy Oosterbaan (Carlos), and Julie Kelly (Brian); paternal grandparents: German Herrera and Gloria Estrada; and maternal grandparents: Lina Ojeda, Luciano Ruiz, and Evelia Ruiz.

Amber has been reunited in Heaven with her friends: Sammy, Leah, Omar, and Jarrod; her stepfather, Bill Herzog; and her grandmom in law, Audrey Weber; and great grandfather, Julio Corado.

A service of remembrance is planned for Sunday, March 7th, 2021. Visitation will held from 2:00 pm-4:00 pm and the service to follow at 4:00pm in the chapel of Graceland Mortuary.
