She is survived by her devoted husband, Thomas Baker Jr., who stood proudly by her side, sharing in life’s joys and shouldering its burdens in equal measure. Angela is survived by her brother, Eugene Cooley, and her sister, Rhonda Fender. The next generation was graced by Angela’s gentle spirit as well, most notably her niece, Gina Waldrop, who carries forward Angela's warmth and generosity of spirit.

Though her absence leaves an ache in many hearts, Angela is reunited at last with loved ones who passed before her. She was the cherished daughter of Bender and Sue Ellen Cooley, who now welcome her home with open arms.
