Annett Janice Garrett Hammond, 72, of 106 Odom Cir. passed away on Sunday June 26, 2011. She is the daughter of the late Marion W. and Mary Blanche Cheek Garrett. She is also the widow of the late Douglas Lloyd Hammond of which she was married for 53 years. In addition to her parents and husband, she is predeceased by 3 sisters. Mrs. Hammond is survived by 2 sons: Ricky (Rosemary) Hammond of Donalds, SC and Paul (Evelyn) Hammond of Greenville; 3 daughters: Dianne (Dean) Harvley of Greenville, Pam Hammond (Eric Lake) of Greenville, and Angie (Tim) Sprouse of Easley; 12 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren; a step brother, Tommy (Diane) Brown of Easley. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday June 29, 2011 at 1 pm in the chapel of Graceland Mortuary. There will be a visitation on Tuesday June 28, 2011 from 6:30 pm until 8:30 pm at the mortuary. The family will be at the home.
