Arthur F. Alexander, 95, of Berea passed away Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Richard M. Campbell Veterans Nursing Home. He was a son of the late Arthur and Etta Mae Saylors Alexander Sr. Arthur was a loving husband to the late Donnie Janett Warlick Alexander for 68 years.

He was self-employed as a painter and proudly served his country during World War II in the United States Army. During that time he served in Africa, France and Germany and was awarded two Purple Hearts.

Arthur is survived by a son, Bobby F. Alexander (Diane), one daughter, Judy Pace (Richard), four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, February 8, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. with military honors.
