Barbara Moody Kirby, 77, of Travelers Rest passed away Saturday, July 29, 2017. She was the loving wife of Aubrey Kirby for 18 years and a daughter of the late Glen Burts and Lois Rainey. She was a member of Peters Creek Baptist Church.

In addition to her husband she is survived by one son, Shannon Moody; three daughters, Cindy Moody, Tracy Jenkins, and Roslyn Gilstrap; seven grandchildren, Matthew, Brady, and Levi Moody, Alex and Olivia Jenkins, and Collin and Camron Gilstrap. She was preceded in death by one sister, Doris Brooks.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00am Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at Peters Creek Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the McCall Hospice House or Open Arms Hospice in Barbara's honor.
