Belinda Ann Nelson, 60, of Piedmont passed away on Saturday, June 9, 2018.  She was a daughter of the late Calvin C. Holbrooks and Joyce A. Scott of Piedmont.

In addition to her mother, Belinda is survived by five sons: David Nelson (Sonya), Johnny Nelson, Anthony Nelson (Shannon); four sisters: Addie Belinda Leslie (Keith), Addie Johnson, Julia Keenon (O.J.), and Angie Taylor; two brothers: Michael Scott (Linda) and Jimmy Holbrooks.  She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, and two "bonus" sons, David O'Conner, and Michael Waldrop.

Belinda was a loving and caring person who never met a stranger.  She touched many lives and will be missed by all who knew her.

Services will be held on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Graceland Mortuary.  The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 5:00 p.m., also in the Graceland Mortuary Chapel.
