Betty Waldrop, 77, of Powdersville passed away peacefully on July 12, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family and loved ones.  Betty was born in Piedmont, SC to the late Otis and Bessie Saxton Patterson and was one of ten children.  Betty was cherished by her friends and family and was known for her kindness, generosity, and loving nature.

Betty is survived by her husband, Anthony Waldrop of Powdersville; one son, Michael Hammond (Dave Smith) of Atlanta, GA; two daughters, Rhonda Clyde (Fred) and Deena Waldrop of Piedmont; one granddaughter, Brittany Waldrop of Clinton; two sisters, Sunny Posey and Faye Lollis (Herman), both of Easley.  In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by seven siblings and her beloved son, Regie.

Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at 3:00 pm at the Graceland Mortuary chapel located at 4814 White Horse Road in Greenville.  The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm until service time.
