Billie Riggins Lancaster passed away on March 20. She was preceded in death by her husband Gerald in 1993, a brother; Jerry and sister Patricia. Billie leaves behind two daughters, Tonya and Letisha, two grandsons and three great grandchildren, a sister - Clara, and a brother Donnie. Her funeral will be at 11:00am Friday at Graceland East Cemetery.
