Billy Eugene Allen, 81, passed away on November 07, 2019. He was born June 21, 1938 to Whitman Allen and Viola Loggins.

Billy loved to go fishing any chance that could. He was of the Baptist faith and loved going to church. Bill owned and ran Bill's Swap Shop and later Bill's Appliances for many years. He was a well respected and well loved man by those who had the good fortune of knowing him.

Bill is survived by two step-daughters: Sherry and Kristy Hatfield; life-long partner Marsha Hatfield; two daughters: Robbie Lopez and Donna Shirley grand children: Shayla Chastain, Brad and Abi Robbins, and Isaac Barnett; brothers Eddie and Jack; and sister Betty.

In addition to his parents, Billy is preceded in death by his sister Wilma.

There will be a Visitation in the Chapel of Graceland Mortuary on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm, with Graveside Services to follow.
