Brenda Norwood, a native of Greenville, SC, passed away on May 1st, 2017, at the age of 72 years.

She was a loving wife to Dennis Norwood and mother to Adrienne Thrower, Travis Norwood, and Darleen Shook. She was a proud grandmother to two grandchildren, Landon and Kate. She was predeceased by her sister, Cynthia, and will be forever remembered by her sisters, Linda, Barbara, Sharon, and brother, Malcolm.

A visitation will be held on May 4th, 2017, at 10am followed by a funeral service at 10:30 am at Tremont Church of God at 2854 New Easley Highway, Greenville, SC, 29611. A graveside committal will succeed at 11:30 at Graceland Cemetery West, 4814 White Horse Rd., Greenville, SC, 29611. Dr. C. Eddie Allen will be officiating.
