Cecil Hare, 87 of Mauldin, SC passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2016.
Born in Westminister, SC on November 6, 1928 he was one of 12 children of the late Lucius and Beulah Hare. Mr. Hare served in the U.S. Army serving in Japan. He was a member of Mauldin First Baptist Church, Mauldin, SC and was a retired photographer working with Eastman Kodak and the Greenville News.
In addition to his wife of 67 years, Vivian Young Hare, he is survived by two daughters, Debbie Frady of Fountain Inn and Kathy Hare of Mauldin; two granddaughters Nikki Lane of Nashville, TN and Asheton Frady of Simpsonville, SC .
He cherished time with his daughters and granddaughters, loved any opportunity to capture a moment with his cameras, reaping the harvest of his annual garden was a thrill for him and caring for the love of his life, Vivian, was the focus of his existence.
A Celebration of Life drop-in will be held on Friday, April 8, 2016 at the Fellowship Hall of Mauldin First Baptist Church in Mauldin, SC from 6-7:30PM.
