Dana Michelle Hindman Harris, 54, wife of David Scott Harris, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, February 13, 2026, surrounded by her loving husband, son, and family after a courageous battle with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS).

Born in Greenwood, South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth Ray Hindman and the late Ruth Annette Sims.

Dana was a devoted wife of thirty-four years as of February 14, 2026, and a loving mother and grandmother. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, Chandler Scott Harris (Malachi); her stepson, Bradley Scott Harris; her granddaughter, Raleigh Harris; her sister-in-law, Bonnie Lovenia Harris; and two nephews, Christopher Smith and Jeremiah Wells.

Dana will be remembered for her strength, her deep love for her family, and the warmth she shared with all who knew her.
