Danny Lee Ellis, 68, of Piedmont passed away Wednesday, June 20, 2018. He was a son of Everett Riley, Sr. and the late Irene Fisher Ellis. He was a truck driver and loved cars and racing.

Danny is survived by one son, Mark Ellis; one brother, Jimmy Ellis (Robin); three sisters: Geraline Zarczynski (Bing), Brenda Tester, and Lisa Rampey (Kirk), several nieces and nephews, and his special friend and care giver, Mary Sue Turner.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Thursday, June 28, 2018 in the chapel of the Graceland Mortuary. The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm until service time at the Graceland Mortuary.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
