Darrial Eugene Wilkerson was born to the late Clarence Wilkerson and Elizabeth Tate on April 5, 1941 in Greer, South Carolina. He had two brothers, Milard Wilkerson and Gerald Wilkerson. He worked in the heating and air conditioning industry, and eventually owned his own business, Wilkerson Heating and Air.  He met and married the late Linda Phillips, who was the love of his life. They were married for 55 years.

Darrial passed away on July 8, 2022 in Greenville, South Carolina. He is survived by son, Gerald Wilkerson, daughter, Debbie Carver (Donnie), son, David Wilkerson (Elizabeth), and daughter, Shannon Bowers (Bill). He is also survived by his ten grandchildren and many great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by wife, Linda and brothers, Milard and Gerald.

Darrial, also known as the family's "Superman", loved fiercely and never gave up on anyone or anything, and he left a memorable impression everywhere he went. He was a Godly man and made sure to share God's love with everyone he came into contact with. He was blessed with a large, loyal, and loving family who will take his wisdom and constant words of advice with them all the days of their lives. What a legacy he leaves behind. Those that knew him will always

have the sweetest memory of that great big smile and his thumbs up he loved to display through good times and bad. Darrial will be dearly missed by many.

There will be a celebration of Darrial's incredible life Sunday, July 17, 2022 at Monaghan Baptist Church- 1500 West Parker Road, Greenville, SC 29617. The family will receive friends at 2:00 PM with celebration following at 3:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Monaghan  Baptist Church.
