We remember David Allen Leitz, whose spirit departed from us on October 5, 2024 at the age of 62. A friend to many, he was a cherished member of the community in Travelers Rest, SC leaving behind a legacy of strength and wisdom.

David was proceeded in death by his father, Edward Frederick Leitz, and his daughter, Elizabeth Nicole Leitz. He leaves behind his mother, Geraldine Martin Leitz; two brothers, Frederick Carl Leitz and John Michael Leitz; daughter, Katrina Michelle Leitz; and grandson, Braelyn James Leitz.

We invite all who cherished David to join us in a ceremony of remembrance where we will share stories, laughter, and tears celebrating the life of a truly amazing soul 2:00 PM Friday, October 11, 2024 at Graceland Mortuary, 4814 White Horse Rd., Greenville, SC 29611. The family will receive friends and loved ones an hour prior, beginning 1:00 PM. Committal and burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery West.
