David Verron Odom
Greenville
David Verron Odom, 64, went home to be with the Lord on August 10, 2009.
He is the husband of Terry Ann Odom.
David is the son of the late Dalton E. and Bessy Mae Robinson Odom.
Before retiring David was a Tenor Helper with Safety Components Fabric Technology. He and his wife are members of Foundation of Faith Church .
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Byron David and Sheila Odom of Greenville; a step-son, Lance and Liezl Tracy of Goose Creek , S.C. ;a brother, Elbert and Evalee Odom of Greenville; four sisters, Ruth Carlton, Mable Odom, Ann McCall and Nellie Hufflin, all of Green ville.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2009, at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Graceland Mortuary. There will be a visitation prior to the service from 9 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary. Interment will follow the service at Graceland Cemetery West. The family will be receiving flowers.
The family will be at the home of Theresa Powell, 102 Creek Side Rd. Greer , SC 29650 .
