Greenville-Debra "Debbie" Posey McLeroy, 63, passed away peacefully at her home with her husband by her side Wednesday, April 10, 2019. She was born November 3, 1955.

Born in Anderson, she was the Loving daughter of Bill Posey and the late Barbara Sue Posey. Debbie loved to love on people and shared her love for the Lord with everyone she met. For many years Debbie worked at Kemet Electronics and with the YMCA. It suited her servant heart. Be kind and help others.

Her life was a living example of Ephesians 4:32 - "And be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving one another, just as God also forgave you in Christ."

She was a loving and devoted wife to her husband Kenneth Dale McLeroy and mother to son Skip Butler and Grandmother to two grandsons Nicholas and Anthony. Also survived by brothers and sisters. All of these she loved deeply.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Caine Halter Family YMCA Scholarship Fund, 723 Cleveland Street, Greenville, SC 29601.

Visitation is Wednesday, April 17, 2019 from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm and Graveside service at 3:00 pm .
