Dennis Carl Cordell Sr. 74 of Woodruff SC, passed away April 8, 2021 at home. He was born to Dewey and Nettie Sue Cordell on May 4, 1946 in Greenville SC. He served time in the Army and received an Honorable discharge. Dennis was married to his love Terri for 20 years.

Dennis enjoyed many things in life, aside from being a family man; he watched cowboy movies; talking with friends and catching up. You could find him online playing words with friends, or if he wasn't playing words, he could be fishing. He loved good hamburgers and candy fireballs.

Left to enjoy his memory are his wife Terri Miles Cordell; Sister; Martha Massey; Children; Dennis Cordell Jr; Mary Sue Masters (Phil); Angela Holliday-Cordell; John Jason Cordell; Bonus Children; Carrie (Ken) Stika; Corey Wratchford; 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father Dewey Codell; Mother; Nettie Sue Morton and Step-father Edward Morton.

A graveside service will be held Sunday at 11:00 am at Graceland Cemetery West. 4814 White Horse Rd. Greenville SC 29611.
