Obituary
Doris Roper, 75 of Six Mile, formerly of Greenville, passed away on Tuesday October 8, 2013 at her residence.
Mrs. Roper was a daughter of the late Leon and Bertie Mae Smith Worthy, and loving wife of the late Bob Moody.
She is survived by her three children; Terry Wyatt, Steven Berrios and Karen Torres, seven grandchildren, including her beloved grand daughter Tara (Jason) Lindsey and four great grandchildren. Also survived by a brother; Carl Worthy.
In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Roper is predeceased by a brother and a sister.
A Service of Remembrance will be held in the chapel of Graceland Mortuary on Thursday October 10, 2013 at 7:00 pm. The family will receive friends at the mortuary one hour prior to the service.
The family would like to thank Gentiva Hospice, especially Cynthia, Shawn and Sarah for their loving and compassionate care.
