Emiko Hawkins, 87 of Lyman, South Carolina went to her eternal home on August 4, 2021 at Greenville Memorial Hospital. Ms. Hawkins was born in Kumamoto, Japan to Mr. and Mrs. Kazuki Imasugi, November 25, 1933. Emiko came to the United States when she was 21 years old. Ms. Hawkins was preceded in death by her husband of 8 years, Mr. William Henry Hawkins and life long friend, James(Red)Mahaffey. She is also preceded in death by two sons, Mr. Jimmy Hawkins and Robert Hawkins, and a grandson Billy Hawkins. Ms. Hawkins is survived by a son, Guy (Sheila) Hawkins of Lyman, SC, Grandchildren : Kit Norris, Brittany Smith and  Lindsey Hawkins, and great-grandchildren: Gavin Smith and Jacob Stepp.

Funeral services will be held on Monday 08/09/2021 at 3pm with a visitation beginning at 2:00pm at Graceland Mortuary, 4814 White Horse Rd. Greenville SC 29611. Burial will follow at Graceland West Cemetery.
