Evie Emma Ferguson Cox Schrick 89, of Pickens passed away Monday March 28, 2016. She was a daughter of the late John Butler and Lyda Ethel (Anthony) Ferguson. She was previously widowed by the late Lee Edward "Ed" Cox and the late Ray Schrick. She was a member of Midway Baptist Church. She had great love for her family and the great outdoors, especially fishing, and her flower garden.

She is survived by a son; Bobby Lee Cox (Rose) and a daughter; Trula Crowder, 10 Grandchildren: Deborah Gaines (Randy), Pam McNeely (Randy), Randy Crowder (Stacy), Michelle Williams, Nicole Cox Harris (James), Jade Clark, William Crowder, Marie Wimpey (Brad), Adrain Duncan, Josh Duncan (Brandy), 26 Great-Grandchildren; Jennifer and Jessica Gaines, Brandon McNeely (Lauren), Brent McNeely, Barbara Mason (Eric), Randa and R.J. Crowder, Levi and Paul Williams, Emma Actalian, Wyatt Cox Harris, Fenalipe and Vernon Dean Harris, Zoe Hester, Zachary Clark, Brooke and Bennet Wimpey, Noel Yardly, David, Kristy, Kelly, and Dillon Duncan, Anthony, Tori and Austin Duncan, 2 Great-Great-Grandchildren; Tucker McNeely, and Preston Colt Actalian

She was preceded in death by one son; Charles Alvin Cox, two brothers; John "Robert" Ferguson, and John Butler, Jr "J.B." Ferguson, four sisters: Eva "Louise" Hayes, Lois Estell Jones, Mary "Viola" Evette, Ethel May Crumpton, one great grandson; Justin Gaines, one son in law; Bill Crowder, and one daughter-in-law; Shelia Cox.

Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00pm Thursday March 31, 2016 at The Graceland Mortuary. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Friday April 1, 2016 in the chapel of The Graceland Mortuary. Interment will follow the service at Hillcrest Memorial Park 2410 Gentry Memorial Hwy, Pickens SC 29671
