Obituary
Howell Eugene Moore Sr. 85, after an extended illness, went to meet the Lord on Monday morning, November 9, 2015 surrounded by his loving family. He was a member of Bethesda United Methodist Church where he honored the Lord and taught Sunday school for 19 years.
He is survived by his wife; Bobbie Henderson Moore of 62 years. His son; Howell Eugene Moore Jr.(Gene) and his wife Sherry Moore, and grandson; Nathan Moore, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. As well as extended family that he also cherished. He was predeceased by his parents Vance and Maude Pressley Moore, Stepmother; Virginia Moore, Brother; Charles Moore.
Howell retired from ECP after a long rewarding career. He enjoyed woodworking and his faith was admired by others.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM at Bethesda prior to the service. Memorial services will be at Bethesda United Methodist Church at 1:00 PM on Wed. Nov.11, 2015. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Bethesda United Methodist Church, 516 Piedmont Road, Easley,SC 29642.
