Irene Ellis 88, of Piedmont passed away Tuesday, January 20, 2015. Mrs. Ellis was the loving wife of Everett and was a daughter of the late Ira and Essie Shook Fisher. Mrs. Ellis's family was her greatest joy and she enjoyed living life to its fullest.

In addition to her husband Mrs. Ellis is survived by two sons; Jimmy Ellis and Robin, Danny Ellis and Mary Sue, three daughters; Lisa and Kirk Rampey, Brenda and the late John Tester, Jerlene Zarczynski and Bing; ten grandchildren; Kim, Keith, Jason, Stacy, Dave, Meredith, Heather, Jamie, Jada and Mark; 11 great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren, four brothers; Ira "Junior" Fisher, L.C. Fisher, David Fisher, Harold Fisher, four sisters; Ruby Fowler, Ruth Ashe, Betty Golden, Rosa Lee Greenwood. Mrs. Ellis is preceded by one brother; J.B Fisher.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, January 24, 2015 at the Graceland Mortuary Chapel at 4814 White Horse Rd, Greenville, SC 29611, the family will receive friends from 12:00-2:00 P.M. prior to the service. Interment will be at Graceland Cemetery-West following the service.
