Jacob Andrew Land 29, of Cowpens Sc went home to be with the Lord November 3, 2021 after a courageous battle. He was born April 22, 1992 to Jerrid and Jennifer in Bakersfield CA.

Jake was an outgoing free spirit and loved adventure. He had a big heart and would help anyone in need. Jake was an amazing cook and loved food.
Four years ago he met his soulmate Desiray and they have been inseparable ever since. If he couldn't see her he would yell through the house "baby"baby"baby" until she answered. Desi was his everything.

He was also a cat dad to mittens and boots. He enjoyed fishing with his dad and brother Jeremy. He went with the wind, always laid back and went with the flow. He will be greatly missed. Left to cherish his memories are his loving wife Desiray; his dad; Jerrid (Kathy) mom; Jennifer (Daniel) brothers; Jeremy (Chloe); Joshua ( Kayla). Many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. The loss of Jake has left an empty place in all of us.

Funeral Service will be Saturday November 6, 2021 at Frederick Memorial Gardens in the chapel, Visitation begins at 1:00pm with service at 2:00pm.
