James William Styles, 86, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, November 06, 2020. He was a son of the late James Wesley Styles and Elsie Mae Green. He was born on June 21, 1934.

James was in the United States Marine Corps for 9 years, having served in the Korean Conflict. He worked as an air conditioning specialist for many years. He loved the Lord and reading the bible. He also loved and cared for his family as well as the people he went to church with.

He is survived by a son, James William Styles, Jr, wife Pearl, two grandchildren Luke and Leo, sisters Virginia LaCourt and Catherine Orr, brother Wesley Styles, and a host of nephews and nieces.

In addition to his parents, James is preceded in death by three sisters: Mary Parker, Nica Maxwell, and Etta Malone.

A visitation will be held in the Chapel of Graceland Mortuary on Tuesday, November 10th, from 11am- 12pm, with the service to follow.
