Jerome Hawkins (Pee Wee) of Easley, SC passed away on Sunday, July 10, 2022, at the age of 75. After battling ALS for over 24 years, Jerome died peacefully with his beloved wife by his side.

Born March 25, 1947 in Greenville, SC to the late John Walter and Juanita Hawkins. He was the middle brother to two brothers. John Walter Hawkins Jr. (d.2014) and J.B Hawkins (Judy).  Before he became diagnosed with ALS his passion was going fishing any chance he could get. He also loved going to the  beach. Every summer he always vacationed with his grandchildren in Myrtle Beach, SC.

He was survived by his wife of 54 years, Patsy Hawkins, and three children, Melinda Hawkins, Janie Hawkins Walls, and Michael Hawkins. He had 5 grandchildren Audrianna Freeman (Brandon), Mitchell Massey (Jennifer), Cheyenne Walls, Laken Walls, and Madison Hawkins. He also had 4 great grandchildren. Brantley Freeman, Cayden Freeman, Makinly Freeman, and Mason Massey.

Jerome will be remembered by his family and friends for his love of Jesus Christ and the Clemson Tigers!  Please join the family for a celebration of his life Saturday July 30, 2022 at 4pm. It will be held at Full Life Church of God. 118 Pistol Club Rd, Easley, SC 29640
