Joyce B Phillips,72, passed on Tuesday August 6, 2019. She was the loving and faithful wife of Mickey Phillips.

Joyce was born December 12, 1946 to Vivian Barnett and Randolf Raymond Barnett. She is survived by four children and three step-children: James Williams (Brenda McCleoud), Michael Williams (Monica),Tracy Hensley (David), Amber Doll (Jeremy), Kim Whitfield (Randy), Mickey Joe Phillips, Danny Ray Phillips. She also leaves behind eight grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Joyce was a cherished member of Rhema Life Church.

In addition to her parents, Joyce was proceeded in death by her brother Randolf Raymond "Ray" Barnett Jr.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 11, 2019 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm in the Chapel of Graceland Mortuary, with Services to follow at 1:00 pm.
