Judith Anne (Detterline) Bowman, 77, of McCormick, South Carolina, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 7, 2017, at Self Regional Medical Center in Greenwood, South Carolina, surrounded by her family.

She was the loving wife of Robert A. Bowman. Born in Reading, Judith was the daughter of Vernon F. and Dorothy A. (Koppenberg) Detterline.

She graduated from Central Catholic High School in 1957 and McCann School of Business.

Judith was a member of Alpha Psi Master Chapter Beta Sigma Phi #1332. She loved spending time with her family and bird watching.

In addition to her husband, Robert, of 58 years, Judith is survived by four children, Therese M. Ziemba of Mount Penn, Dorothy A. Hoover of Oley (Lee), Laura J. LeBoeuf of Palm Harbor, FL (Alan), Jason R. Bowman of Pottsville (Tanya), eight grandchildren, Andrew W. Rathman, Tylor, Jessica, and Eli Ziemba, Lauren N. Moore, Robert L. Hoover, Jordan D. Bowman, and Mackenzie A. LeBoeuf, and two great grandchildren, William R. Rathman, and Kenadee P. Keller.

Graceland Mortuary, Greenville, SC, and Pleasant View Cemetery, Sinking Spring, PA, have been entrusted with the arrangements. A private memorial service will be held in the future.
