Judy Elaine Perry, 73, passed away on Sunday, February 14th, 2021. She was born on March 6th, 1947 to the late James Carl McAllister and the late Grace Lee Medlin.

Judy was a kind-hearted, caring woman who loved her family more than anything in this world. She was deeply committed to making sure that her children and her husband were put first and that they were very well taken care of. She married Kenneth Eugene Perry in 2001 and those 20 years were filled with lots of joy and so much love. Judy never met a stranger. There was nothing she enjoyed more than engaging in a good conversation with a new friend. She was incredibly outgoing and would help anyone that she could. She loved animals, especially dogs. Judy was a wonderful mother, wife, sister, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend to so many. She will truly be missed by all of those lucky enough to be touched by her radiant light.

Left to carry on Judy's legacy are: her husband, Kenneth Eugene Perry; her children: Kathy Lee Houser, Lester Earl Lyday, and Gracie Elaine Gwinn; her grandchildren: Daniel Shane Smith, Jenna Annette McClanahan, Jennifer Gwinn, Jessica Gwinn, Julia Brooke Drummin, Arron Keith Bowen, Heather Lyday, Samantha Lyday, and Kassy Lyday; one great grandchild; siblings: Carolyn Hill, Darlene Taylor, Loretta Goss, Ann Ryan, Tammy McCall, Randy McAllister, and Tim McAllister.

Judy has been gloriously reunited with her son, Daniel Ray Lyday; her parents, James McAllister and Grace Medlin; her sister, Linda Lyday; her brother, James Donald McAllister; and her granddaughter, Kristie Michelle Sterling.

A Service of Remembrance is planned for Wednesday, February 17th, 2021 at 3:00pm in the chapel of Graceland Mortuary.
