Kenneth William Nell, 72, died on March 30, 2017 from complications of Pick's Disease. He was the son of Luella Nell of Colorado Springs, CO and the late Gilbert Nell, Sr.

Kenneth is survived by his wife, Miriam Litwiller Nell; a daughter, Marnie Williams, her husband, Eric Williams of Raleigh, NC, two sons:, Sean Nell (Karen) of Wilmington, NC and Craig Nell,and grandchildren, Cody, Alyssa' Corey, Buddy, and Joshua, and agreat-granddaughter, Sophia.

Ken spent much of his business life in the automotive industry and in later years, owned Tallyho Kennels with his wife. He and his wife shared a love of dogs and dog shows. He showed and co-bred some of the top winning Harriers in the history of the breed. He was also a member of the SGI-USA Buddhist community.

There will be a memorial service on May 6, 2017 at 1:30 pm at the Hampton Inn at 255 Congaree Road in Greenville. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Take The Lead, PO Box 6353, Watertown, NY 13601 or the charity of your choice.
