Linda Kay Whipkey, 66, of Greenville, passed away on January 18, 2021. She was born on July 26, 1954 in Belleville, IL to the late Thomas Holloway, Sr. and Daisy Holloway.

She was a proud and active member of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation Tribe. She and her Life Partner, Natty, were together for over 22 years. Linda always said that Natty was the love of her life. Together they raised their children- Linda and Natty dedicated their lives to each other and their family.

She is survived by her Life Partner Natty "Norma" Cox of Greenville, two daughters: Brandy(Russell) Schmitt of Swansea IL and Tiffany Harris of Shawnee OK; two sons: Jimmie(Justice) Mahaffey of Ft Myers FL and Stephen Harris of Greenville; Stepson Dustin(Marie) Cox of Greenville; Daughter-in-Law Missy Mahaffey of Greenville; Eight grandchildren: Zachary Lautz of Okawville IL, Brendan Bovay of Swansea IL, Rhiannon Bovay of Belleville IL, Cheyenne Whipkey and Michael Whipkey of Evansville IL, USN PO2 Courtney Reese of USS Eisenhower, Norfolk VA, Cpl Matthew Burnham of Cherry Point NC; three great grandchildren: Marceline Lautz of Granite City IL, Oliver Crane of Okawville IL, and Taryn Wolf of TX; Brother Gary(Robin) Holloway of Belleville IL; as well as nieces and nephews: Jennifer Holloway of Raleigh NC, Andrea(Michael) Greco(great niece Olivia) of North Wales PA, Gary Holloway of Belleville IL, and Wade(Stacey) Meyer of Desoto MO.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents Thomas Sr. and Daisy, a son Keith Mahaffey, Three brothers: Leonard Holloway(in infancy), Gerald Holloway, and Thomas Holloway Jr., and sister Leona June Meyer, and the father of her children Jimmie I Mahaffey.
