Margaret Hunter Davis
Greenville
Margaret Hunter Davis, 88, of 100 Maryland Ave. passed away on Thursday Sept. 22, 2011.
She is the daughter of the late Fletcher and Minnie Cheek Hunter.
She was a home maker and a member of Christ United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Davis is survived by a son, Rick (Cindy) Davis of Anderson; a sister, Virginia Brown of Greenville; grandchildren, William Davis, Samuel Lee Davis, and Crystal Ann Scott; 5 great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, William Floyd Davis and a brother, Dewey Hunter.
Funeral services will be on Monday Sept. 26, 2011 at 2 pm in the chapel of Graceland Mortuary. There will be a visitation prior to the service from 1pm until 1:45 pm at the mortuary.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Amedisys Hospice 880 S. Pleasantburg Dr. Greenville, SC 29607.
The family will be at the residence.
