Maria Delzo passed away in Greenville, South Carolina at her residence peacefully on Tuesday May 25, 2021. Maria was born March 21,1958 to Amador Rodas Davila and Maruja Chivinos Verastegui. She earned a bachelors degree and worked as a teacher in Peru before coming to the United States. In 1986 she met her husband Antonio Delzo in Kearney,NJ and was wed on February 26, 1988. Maria and Antonio later moved to Greenville, SC where they decided to adopt, and they finalized the adoption of their daughter Elizabeth Teresa Delzo. Maria was a homemaker and then decided to go to work for Greenville County School District, where she worked for 13 years. Maria enjoyed to laugh and had a charasmatic personality that could brighten up anyone's day. Maria is survived by her husband Antonio Delzo and her daughter Elizabeth T. Delzo- Jaramillo.

Visitation will be Friday June 4, 2021 at Graceland Mortuary 4814 White Horse Rd. Greenville from 5pm-7pm.

Service will be Saturday June 5, 2021 at Morningside Baptist Church, 1115 Pelham Rd. Greenville, beginning at 11:00am.
