Michael Ray Lee, Sr., beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle, 68, native of Greenville, SC, passed away peacefully Saturday, July 27, 2024. He was born April 4, 1956 to the late Jessie Sue Mahaffey and Thomas Lee.

Michael had a strong work ethic, working his entire career in textiles. In his spare time, his greatest joy was his family,

Michael is survived by his loving wife of 11 years, Cheryl; children and stepchildren: Lynda Lee, Joshua Wyatt (Jessica), and Felicia Albkour (Tony); grandchildren: Chase and Terry Belk, Chad Bryant II, Leia and Ivy Smith, and Abbigail, Joshua Jr., Julyana, William, and Andy Wyatt.; mother-in-law, Edna E. Wyatt; sisters, Caroline Holcombe and Rose Lee Ramos (Manuel); brothers: David Lee, Robert Lee, and William King, Jr. (Becky); uncle, William Mahaffey; and many nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Michael Ray Lee, Jr.; and sister, Sandra King Watt.

Throughout his life, Michael touched many lives. He will be deeply missed and dearly remembered.

Funeral services will be held 12:00 PM Wednesday, July 31, 2024 at Graceland Mortuary, 4814 White Horse Rd., Greenville, SC 29611. Visitation will be held an hour prior, beginning 11:00 AM. Committal and burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery West in Greenville, SC.
