Michael Wayne Smith
Greenville, SC
Michael Wayne Smith, 55, of 107 Mary St. passed away on Dec. 11, 2010. He was born in Walhalla, SC and is the son of the late Harmon and Rosa Lee Ertzber Smith.
He is the husband of Ima Emming Smith. Before retiring, he worked as a driver for the Canteen Vending Co. He is also a Baptist.
In addition to his wife of the home, he is survived by 3 children: Christy Bolding Hawk of Myrtle Beach, Charles Allen (Christian) Smith of Anderson, and Michael Wayne (Amy) Smith, Jr. of Williamston; 2 step-sons: Travis and Joseph Emming of Greenville; 2 brothers: James (Vonda) Smith of Belton and Terry Smith of Greenville; 5 grandchildren: Shane Roper, Dustin Crooks Gasque, Alexis Smith, Alyssa Smith, and Alana Smith.
In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by a brother, John Smith.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday December 15, 2010 at 2PM at Graceland West Cemetery.
