Oliver worked alongside his father and brother at the family-owned business, Larry and Sons Fabrics, in Easley since high school.

Oliver traveled extensively with his father and mother to places like Germany, France, Hawaii, and several family cruise trips.  His favorite destinations were Disney World and Dollywood, where he loved all the rides.

Oliver passed away on January 1, 2022 in Easley, SC.  He is survived by his father, Lawrence Layfette Hall, Sr. and mother Samantha Hall of Easley, SC, brother Lawrence Layfette (Teresa) Hall, Jr. (Easley, SC,) niece Erin (Preston) Nelson (Spartanburg, SC,) nephew Allen Hall (Spartanburg, SC,) and many uncles, aunts, and cousins.  He is preceded in death by his infant brothers James Kevin Hall and David Allen Hall.

Services will be held at Graceland Mortuary on Thursday, January 6, 2022 with a visitation starting at 10am at the Mortuary, followed by a Graveside service at Graceland Cemetery West at 11am.
