Pablo Flores, age 78, passed away at the hospital, surrounded by love, on Saturday, December 13, 2025, in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Born in Lima, Peru on December 18, 1946, Pablo was born to Margarita and Alfonso Flores, raised by his stepfather Felipe Flores along with his seven siblings.

Pablo migrated to the United States in 1986, leaving behind his wife Delia, and his sons Alfredo and Vannderlhey, in hopes for a better future for his family. Pablo was a very hardworking man who provided for his wife and children. Pablo began his career in granite and marble fabrication in New Jersey. He mastered this skill and was highly recognized for his excellence. For many years, he fabricated and installed granite and marble countertops with intimate perfection. Until this day, his work is displayed at Macy's in New York City and many other establishments, featured in many magazines. Established in 1978 as a leading stone fabricator, Pablo worked for Romano & Son Granite & Marble, as a lead fabricator, installer, and trainer for over three decades.

In 1993, Pablo was successful in bringing his wife, Delia, his eldest son Alfredo at the age of 12, and his son Vannderlhey at the age of 9. The boys began their education and started their new lives in New Jersey. In July 1994, their youngest son, Pablo was born. The family attended the Jersey City Spanish Seventh Day Adventist Church for many years, where Pablo served as a deacon.

Pablo retired in 2011 and relocated to Spartanburg, South Carolina, following his son Vannderlhey and his family, where he was able to spend time and enjoy his grandchildren, Vannder, Emmanuel, Sarah, Isabel (Vannderlhey's children), and Mateo (Pablo's son). For a short period of time, he also enjoyed his grandchildren Grace, Alexander, and Eli (Alfredo's children) when they temporarily lived in Spartanburg. His grandchildren lovingly called him "Tata". Pablo occasionally attended the Spartanburg Seventh Day Adventist church where he loved helping Mary with potluck and school lunches while his grandchildren attended Eddlemon.

Pablo was the epitome of kindness, intelligence, and gentleness, with a great sense of humor. He was cherished by those who knew him as a loving father and grandfather. He is survived by his wife Delia; sons Alfredo, Vannderlhey, and Pablo; grandsons Vannder, Emmanuel, Alexander, Eli, and Mateo; granddaughters Grace, Sarah, Isabel, and Arriana.

Pablo Flores will be remembered as a remarkable individual whose legacy of faith, love, intellect, and provision will endure through the many lives he touched. Services will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at the Spartanburg Seventh-day Adventist Church at 1217 John B. White Sr. Blvd. at 2:30 PM.

Nacido en Lima, Perú, el 18 de diciembre de 1946, Pablo fue hijo de Margarita y Alfonso Flores, y criado por su padrastro Felipe Flores junto con sus siete hermanos.

Pablo emigró a Estados Unidos en 1986, dejando atrás a su esposa Delia y a sus hijos Alfredo y Vannderlhey, con la esperanza de un futuro mejor para su familia. Pablo fue un hombre muy trabajador que proveía para su esposa e hijos. Pablo comenzó su carrera en la fabricación de granito y mármol en Nueva Jersey. Dominó esta habilidad y fue altamente reconocido por su excelencia. Durante muchos años, fabricó e instaló encimeras de granito y mármol con perfección minuciosa. Hasta el día de hoy, su trabajo se exhibe en Macy's en la ciudad de Nueva York y en muchos otros establecimientos, siendo destacado en numerosas revistas. Fundado en 1978 como un fabricante líder de piedra, Pablo trabajó para Romano & Son Granite & Marble como principal fabricante, instalador y entrenador durante más de tres décadas.

En 1993, Pablo logró llevar a su esposa, Delia, a su hijo mayor Alfredo, de 12 años, y a su hijo Vannderlhey, de 9 años. Los niños comenzaron su educación y empezaron sus nuevas vidas en Nueva Jersey. En julio de 1994, nació su hijo menor, Pablo. La familia asistió durante muchos años a la Iglesia Adventista del Séptimo Día Española de Jersey City, donde Pablo servía como diácono.

Pablo se jubiló en 2011 y se trasladó a Spartanburg, Carolina del Sur, siguiendo a su hijo Vannderlhey y su familia, donde pudo pasar tiempo y disfrutar de sus nietos, Vannder, Emmanuel, Sarah, Isabel (hijos de Vannderlhey) y Mateo (hijo de Pablo). Durante un corto período de tiempo, también disfrutó de sus nietos Grace, Alexander y Eli (hijos de Alfredo) cuando vivieron temporalmente en Spartanburg. Sus nietos lo llamaban cariñosamente "Tata". Pablo asistía ocasionalmente a la iglesia Adventista del Séptimo Día de Spartanburg, donde le encantaba ayudar a Mary con las comidas compartidas y los almuerzos escolares mientras sus nietos asistían a Eddlemon.

Pablo era el epítome de la bondad, la inteligencia y la gentileza, con un gran sentido del humor. Fue muy querido por quienes lo conocieron como un padre y abuelo amoroso. Le sobreviven su esposa Delia; sus hijos Alfredo, Vannderlhey y Pablo; sus nietos Vannder, Emmanuel, Alexander, Eli y Mateo; sus nietas Grace, Sarah, Isabel y Arriana.

Pablo Flores será recordado como un individuo extraordinario cuyo legado de fe, amor, intelecto y provisión perdurará a través de las muchas vidas que tocó. Los servicios se llevarán a cabo el Sábado 20 de Diciembre de 2025 en la Iglesia Adventista del Séptimo Día de Spartanburg, en 1217 John B. White Sr. Blvd., a las 2:30 p.m.
