Perry C. Moore, 54, entered the gates of Heaven to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday August 14, 2014. He was the Beloved husband of Wanda and a Loving Daddy and Papa.
Perry was an assistant Deacon at Heritage Baptist Church and an avid fan of the Pittsburg Steelers and the South Carolina Gamecocks.
In addition to his Wife of 33 years Perry is survived by two daughters; Angel Covington and Melissa McSweeney, son-in-laws Michael and Lance. Four grandchildren; Jordan (Jor-Dan), Michael (Sweet-Pea), Lily (Butterball) and Perry (Big'in) as they were affectionately called, two brothers; Robin and David Moore, Nieces and nephews; Heather, Michelle, Daniel, Ashley and Scottie, whom he Loved like a son, his best friend Jimmy Carlton and his lovable furry friends; Sugar, Sweetie and Tiny.
He is preceded in death by his parents; Martha (Brooks) and David Moore, two sisters; Jean and Teresa, a grandchild that he is holding and loving in Heaven, and a nephew David.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday August 17, 2014 with visitation prior to services starting at 2:00 pm, both services and visitation will be at Heritage Baptist Church, 103 Ravenel St., Greenville, SC 29611
Burial to follow services at Graceland Cemetery-WEST, on White Horse Rd.
The family will be at the home.
