Rachel Ann Gillespie Pilgrim, 71 passed away October 29, 2012. She was the wife of James S. Pilgrim and was the daughter of the late Walter Gillespie and Lillian Whitaker Gillespie. She was a member of City View Baptist Church and was retired from JP Stevens.
Surviving in addition to her husband are three sisters: Martha Linderman of Greenville; Jean (LeRoy) Neese of Greenville, Joyce Russell of Greenville and one brother Jerry Ray Gillespie of Easley. Also, a brother and sister-in-law, Charles and Libby Pilgrim of Dacusville.
Visitation will be Thursday, November 1, 2012 at Graceland Mortuary from 12:00 until1:45 pm, followed by the funeral service at 2 pm in the chapel. The committal service will follow in Graceland West Cemetery.
Flowers will be accepted and the families are at their respective homes.
