Robert Eliot Willey, 91, passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2020. He was born June 02, 1927 in Norwich, Connecticut, to the late Herbert Willey and Margaret Conners.
Robert was the loving husband of Esther Willey. He was a computer operator in the private sector, until he retired. He was also an Army veteran.
A Graveside service will take place on Friday, January 31, 2020 at 11:00 am at Graceland Cemetery-WEST.
