Rodney Keith Smith, 47, of Greer passed away June 29, 2018. He was a son of Herbert "Buck" E. Smith and the late Patricia Kay Smith Moon. A native of Greer, he was an avid sportsman who enjoyed tending to his goats, chickens, pigs, and rabbits which he referred to as "living on the farm."  Rodney was a painting contractor for Blue Ridge Renovations and enjoyed working out and boxing in his spare time with his son, Camden. He was deeply loved and will be missed by many friends and family.

In addition to his father, Rodney is survived by one son, Camden H. Smith; two daughters,  Taylor L. Smith and Bailey E. Smith; one brother, John A. Willingham; one sister, Christy M. Smith; his loving aunt, Linda Norton; his stepfather, Phillip Moon; two stepsisters, Julie Green and Sheri Johnson, and several other uncles, aunts, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Wednesday, July 11, 2018 in the chapel of the Graceland Mortuary at 4814 White Horse Road, Greenville, SC, 29611. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until service time at the Graceland Mortuary. Interment will follow services at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, 14050 E. Wade Hampton Blvd., Greer, SC 29651.
