Obituary
Roy Waden Carter, 79, passed on Monday, August 12, 2019. He was born in Pickens to Dalton Carter and Jessie Lee on May 28, 1940.
Roy is survived by a brother Norman Carter (Edith).
In addition to his parents, Roy is proceded in death by two sisters: Nell Robinson and Orthie Coleman: and six brothers: R.L., Red, Arvil, Pete, Arldege, and Jack Carter.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 15, 2019 at 11:00 am with the service to follow at 12:00 pm in the Chapel of Graceland Mortuary.
