Roy Goodnough
Easley
Roy Goodnough, 70, of 111 Flink Lock Dr passed away on March 23, 2010.
Mr. Goodnough is the son of Leila Jones Goodnough and before retiring he was self employed as a builder.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife: Patsy Reid Goodnough of the home; 3 sons: Roy "Junior" (Lorine) Goodnough - Easley, Scott (Shannon) Goodnough of Anderson, Gene Goodnough - Easley; 2 daughters: Rose Anne (Perry) Bowers - Easley and Angie McClure - Anderson;2 step-sons: Eddie (Lora) McClaflin - Phoenix, AZ and Tommy McClaflin - Graham, NC; 2 step-daughters: Lee Ann (Roger) Alewine - Williamston and Sheila Parks - Cyril, OK; 1 sister: Frances (Steve) Piar - Simpsonville; 1 brother: Ronnie Goodnough - Easley; 1 sister-in-law: Norma Jean Hoffman - Anderson; close friend: Brenda Walker - Westminster; 20 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
Mr. Goodnough was predeceased by his father: Walter Clarence Goodnough; 1 sister: Joan Davis; 3 grandchildren; and 1 daughter-in-law: Stephanie Goodnough.
Funeral services will be on Friday March 25, 2010 at 3 pm in the chapel of Graceland Mortuary. There will be a visitation prior to the service from 2 until 2:45 pm at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service at Graceland Cemetery.
