Sandra "Sandi" Abbott 60, of Piedmont passed away Saturday June 25, 2016. She was a daughter of the late Rev. and Mrs. Carl and Rosalee (Smith) Pointer.

She is survived by her loving husband of eight years Earl Abbott. In addition to her husband she is survived by a son; Matthew Cox, a daughter; Julie Cox, four grandchildren; Drake and Savana Hernandez, Emma and Garrison Cox, two brothers; Danny and Jerry Pointer. Her children and grandchildren were the light of her life and she enjoyed spending time with them.

The family will receive friends, Wednesday June 29, 2016 from 6:00pm until 8:00 pm at The Graceland Mortuary. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Thursday June 30, 2016 at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, 1183 Coffee Road Walhalla, SC 29691. Interment will follow the service at the church cemetery.
