Scottie Duane Coggins, 38, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 10, 2019 with his mother and sister by his side. He was born February 18, 1981 to Gail Loretta Robertson and the late Bobby Duane Coggins.

He was a wonderful and upstanding young man. Scottie was the type of man that would give the shirt off his back if someone needed it. He loved bowling with a passion. He bowled several perfect 300 point games over the years and was very competitive. Scottie worked as an electrician and as a handy man.

Scottie is survived by his mother Gail Messer; sister Christie Hamby (Gene); brother Charles Green (Sharon); grandmother Pauline Monroe; long time girlfriend Donna Woodward; nieces Isabella Burress and Alexis Green; as well as nephews Cody Burress and "Little" Charles Green.

Scottie is preceded in death by his father Bobby Coggins.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, November 15, 2019, in the Chapel of Graceland Mortuary from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm.
