Obituary

Talmadge E. Evans, 76, passed away at his home on Sunday, August 28, 2022.

Born in Fair Play, SC, he was the son of the late Reece and Nena Black Evans. Mr. Evans was a Vietnam Veteran and was an avid NASCAR fan.

Survivors include two daughters Nikki (Stanley) McJunkin, Becky (Greg) Ricks and one son Rusty Evans. Grandchildren Stephanie McJunkin, Shawna Evans, Gregory Ricks and Evan Ricks.

Great grandchildren Angel and Addison.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Cecelia Lynn Evans his brothers Lewis, William and Truman Evans and sisters Mary Frances Kelley and Annie Bell English.

Mr. Evan's' Military Honors services will be September 16, 2022 at 2pm at M.J Dolly Cooper veterans cemetery in Anderson SC., conducted by Leland Bonds.
