Obituary
Teresa Jannine 'Jan' Hudson, 61, of Greenville, went home to be with the Lord Saturday, January 21, 2017. Born in Charlotte, North Carolina, she was a daughter of the late Robert Dean and Betty Helen (Swaynghame) Tucker. Jan was an active member of New Life Baptist Church. Prior to her retirement she was employed with Gene's Restaurant and The Ham House for over twenty years.
She is survived by her long-time partner Mitchell 'Joey' Miles; two daughters, Tammy L. McDowell and Stacey E. McDowell, one son; Richard T. Black, all of Greenville; six grandchildren; and two sisters and best friends,Sandra Lamiroult and Karen Dorfman, both of Greenville. Jan had a ' hippie soul ' and was loved by all who knew her

She will truly be missed. We are grateful for the impact she made on our lives.
