Obituary
Terry Gene Nix Jr, 40, of Easley, found PEACE on Friday May 22,2020 and went home to be with his big brother, Michael (predeceased).
Surviving to carry on Terry's memory are his mother, Linda; daughter, Gia (pictured with him); sister, Crystal: two nieces and one nephew.
He is also predeceased by father, Terry Sr.
Terry's quirky sense of humor and off the wall comments could always bring laughter to everyone in his presence. His mind had a thirst for knowledge and conceptual thinking that would keep you engaged in conversation for hours on end.
The struggles Terry faced throughout life, he expressed passionately within his writings. Those who have had the privilege of reading his work know how he could literally pull you into his lucid world with nothing more than pen and paper.
No services are being held per Terry's last wishes. The family will have a private memorial at a later date. His mother and sister remain at the family home and wish to maintain their privacy.
