Virginia Anne (Kidd) Berger 91, of Greenville passed away January 24, 2019. Born in Harpersville, Al she was a daughter of the late James Clarence and Lois (Jackson) Kidd.  She was the loving wife of the late James Andrew Berger for 61 years, whom she met in Anniston, Al while he was stationed there with the U.S. Army.

Left to cherish her memory are her three daughters; Joyce Alyson Simpson, Janet Arlene McCready, and Jo Anne Watford, seven grandsons, seven granddaughters, 17 great grandsons, 10 great granddaughters, three great-great grandsons, and six great-great granddaughters. In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by three daughters; Judith Anne Davis, Jeanne Annette McCrory, Jane Andrea Powell, and one great grandson; Jackson Howard David McCready.

A celebration of Virginia's life will be held at 10 am Saturday February 2, 2019 at Lee Road Baptist Church.
