Vivian Louise (Young) Hare, 86, of Mauldin, SC passed away on Thursday, June 16, 2016.

Born in Starr, SC on December 2, 1929 she was one of 3 children of the late Clyde Fulton Young and Ruth Ussery Young. Mrs. Hare was a home-maker for the majority of her life. She was a member of Mauldin First Baptist Church, Mauldin, SC.

In addition to her husband of 67 years, Cecil Hare who predeceased her March 5, 2016, she is survived by two daughters, Debbie Frady of Fountain Inn and Kathy Hare of Mauldin; two granddaughters Nikki Lane of Nashville, TN and Asheton Frady of Simpsonville, SC .

She cherished time with her daughters and granddaughters, loved any opportunity to prepare someone's special meal, be a part of special programs and events in their lives and before confined to long term care in fall 2014, spending time with and taking care of her beloved husband, Cecil.

A Celebration of Life drop-in will be held on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at the Fellowship Hall area of Mauldin First Baptist Church in Mauldin, SC from 6-7:30PM.
